Twas a sad morning.......we had to take Audrey to the babysitter all day for the first time since Natalie and I both reported to our respective school districts for the first day of school. School actually starts Wednesday, but we have two Inservice days (the equivalent of 2 eight-hour prostate exams.)

Anyway, Natalie had a rough go of this morning. I did okay, but only because I know she's in good hands with Peggy (the babysitter) and I'll get to see her again this evening. We were really blessed this summer- we got to spend a LOT of time with her. We saw every new change- each new development. Like last week she first started to kinda-laugh. I'm not sure what that means, but now when you act like you're gonna bite her belly when she's on her back she gives a high pitched shriek that kinda sounds like a laugh. Hence, the kinda-laugh.

Well, I'm off to make some lesson plans.

Go Titans!

And Gorillas!

And Sooners!

And Chiefs!

How are you doing, Matt? I hope all is well in your world! What are you going to be doing now? Working? School? If not, really consider it! You're more than capable?

It was wierd starting school and not seeing the rest of your faces around my classes.

And yeah...I think I'm turning more liberal all the time. Scary.

Why should all those people be fired? Especially Rice? What has she done to show such disdain from you?

Also, if anything, the democrats have shifted to the RIGHT. They've taken primarily a moderate stance on a lot of issues that makes it hard to separate them from the Republicans. The biggest issue for them right now is Iraq. America is split into two camps over that issue right now- the Dems think that to stay just makes things worse, and the Reps think that if we leave, we make it worse.

We can't do both! So which is it?
